Warranty 

At Moisselle, we take pride in our products and offer a 12-month warranty on all jewelry sold through our website. We guarantee that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. This is in addition to the Charles & Colvard Moissanite warranty ( if you purchased a Charles & Colvard gemstone).

If you encounter any issues with your jewelry, please contact us and we will provide instructions for mailing the item back to our office for inspection and repair. If the issue is found to be a result of a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you, except for the return shipping to our company which is not included. Read below for more info and exclusions. 

at Moisselle we offer a 12-month warranty on all of our jewelry, which covers any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. However, if the damage is due to normal wear and tear, our jewelers can repair the jewelry at competitive pricing. 

 However, we do not cover or insure the loss of larger Moissanite gems or jewelry. To protect against loss, we highly recommend obtaining jewelry insurance from a reputable company.

 Damage to Moissanite gemstones (chipping, scratching, etc) is not covered by the warranty. After the warranty expires we offer an affordable discounted repair service.

While precious metals are softer by nature, any bending of bands, mountings, or prongs due to wear and tear or damage is not considered a defect in manufacturing and is therefore not covered by our warranty. We highly recommend insuring your Moissanite jewelry through a reputable Jewelry insurance company.
