The made-to-order process allows us to maintain strict quality control over each piece of jewelry. By crafting each piece individually, we can ensure that it meets our exacting standards and is free from any defects or imperfections. This attention to detail is what sets our jewelry apart and ensures that our customers receive a truly exceptional piece.

We understand that time is of the essence when it comes to special events such as engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, and other occasions. That's why we make every effort to accommodate our customers' requests for expedited processing and shipping. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please contact us, and we will do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time.

Please note that processing times can vary depending on the item, ranging from a few days to a few weeks. Upon receipt of the down payment and your confirmation to proceed, our team of professional jewelry designers will utilize CAD-CAM software to bring your ring design to life. 

• The initial design process typically takes around a week

• The down payment is typically $75 - $100 per ring

• 90% of custom orders are approved by our customers by the 2nd set of edited CAD renderings, ensuring that the final product is precisely what our customers desire.

Once the final design is approved and the remaining balance is paid, our team will begin the production process, which typically takes 4 -6 weeks to create the mold, cast the metal, set stones, and polish the ring to perfection. Please note that we do not offer rush services for full custom designs as we prioritize quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. However, we will keep you informed throughout the production process and notify you as soon as your custom ring is ready for shipping. 

Shipping information

We offer free 3-day shipping on all orders over $1000 within the United States. It is important to note that our shipping transit times refer to business days, excluding weekends (i.e., Monday through Friday). If you need your order sooner than the expected delivery time, please Contact Us and we will be happy to give you more details based on your needs.

Our 'Sparkle for Charity' collection shipping will be 8-15 business days.
